Release mania: My TBR pile grows

Good thing I bought the kindle–my tottering To-Be-Read pile is now in compact, massless form. On the flip side, perhaps I wouldn’t buy so many books if it wasn’t so easy. ONE CLICK WONDER. The first page of my kindle is filled with yet-to-be-read books, and all of them look good. I just haven’t had time to read them yet. We’ve been on the road exploring the wide blue skies of the southwest. Desert and juniper trees and tumbleweeds.

Yesterday was an explosion of new releases that I want to read, including:

SHADOWKIN by M.J. Scott. We share the same agent, a knitting addiction, and an interest in stories with “steampunk elements.” I started her debut novel last night, and can’t wait to get back to it.

SHADOWMAN by Erin Kellison. Her series about the fae, where the shadowlands separate this world from the hereafter, has kept me up late into the night. This is the third book in the series.

Sensing a theme here? Paranormal Romance = where the demons are bound in shadowy darkness.

DEMON MARKED by Meljean Brook. She is one of my favorite authors. FANTASTIC world building.

ARCHANGEL’S BLADE by Nalini Singh. Another one of my favorite authors. More delicious world building. While I like her Changelings best, this Urban Fantasy series is riveting.

TEMPTED by Elizabeth Naughton. The third book in a Greek god pantheon band of brothers series. I think I read the first when it was free on the kindle, and after that I was hooked.

What have you added to your TBR list lately?
